Elizabeth Weaver, MD

Elizabeth Weaver, MD, serves the community of Herndon, Virginia, as a family medicine practitioner at Weaver Wellness Care. Her primary focus is to empower her patients to achieve whole-body health in mind, body, and spirit.
Dr. Weaver has practiced for 17 years as a board-certified family physician. With strong roots in evidence-based Western medicine, she appreciates the effectiveness of alternative therapies for overall wellness and emphasizes physical activity, healthy nutrition, and mindfulness for holistic health.
Dr. Weaver earned her bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and her medical degree from the University of Maryland, where she graduated magna cum laude. She served her medical internship and residencies at the Carolinas Medical Center.
Dr. Weaver holds current memberships with the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine, and Academy of Eating Disorders. In 2013, Dr. Weaver became a diplomate of the American Academy of Integrative Holistic Medicine.
Dr. Weaver has practiced medicine in Fairfax County since 2002 and has witnessed the medical field undergo many changes over the years. She employs a patient-centered approach in her practice rather than simply focusing on treating symptoms.
As a family practitioner, Dr. Weaver supports the health of patients ages 6 and up. She specializes in adolescent medicine and eating disorder treatment, and she speaks English and Spanish.
Sheila Chen, MD

Dr. Chen is board certified in Internal Medicine. She did her undergraduate training at MIT. She attended St. George's University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. She has been in practice since 2007, and founded Internal Medicine of Manassas prior to opening Dimensions Direct Primary Care.
For Dr. Chen, medicine is not only a career, but a passion. She believes in a personalized approach, and strives to be the kind of physician her patients can feel comfortable talking to. Dr. Chen spends time with her patients, and chose to adopt a direct access model of care in order to be able to continue to provide the quality of care she feels her patients deserve.
Diksha Gupta, MD

Dr. Diksha Gupta, a Fairfax, Virginia native and a passionate healthcare provider, is delighted to offer her services to the NOVA region. Following her residency completion, Dr. Gupta entered private practice but soon realized her desire for a deeper connection with her patients, enabling them to fully engage and comprehend their health. This realization motivated her to depart from traditional healthcare practices and establish FamilyFirst Primary Care.
Dr. Gupta is committed to a holistic care model, emphasizing a comprehensive, individualized, and collaborative approach to patient care. Outside the clinic, Dr. Gupta treasures time with family and friends, pursues travel and hiking adventures, enjoys culinary exploration, and immerses herself in diverse cultures.
Corry Chapman, MD
Nuba Health - Arlington
Dr. Chapman focuses on relationships, not numbers. He aims to provide his patients the same care he would his family. For over twenty years he has worked in Virginia, Maryland and the District in all aspects of primary care, including pediatrics, adult medicine, wound care and procedural care. Nuba Health is his first solo practice.
Dr. Chapman attended Georgetown University for both medical school and his residency training. He is a family physician with experience in all areas of his specialty, including care for the very young to the very old. He has worked with populations as diverse as the Nuba people of central Sudan, the inmates at the DC jail, and provided concierge care for ambassadors and VIPs. He also thoroughly enjoys teaching students and residents, and was appointed a Clinician Instructor by Georgetown University’s School of Medicine. Dr. Chapman’s interests outside of work include art, travel, reading, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
